Eve M. Santos, DMD
Dr. Santos began her dental career as a dental assistant while attending Cornell University. She received her DMD from Kornberg School of Dentistry and decided her further expand her skills in a hospital based residency program.
After completing her residency at Nassau University Medical Center, she worked for several years in a multispecialty private practice on Long Island.
Desiring a life away from the city, she purchased the Maximiek and Mitchell Family Dentistry (Danville, PA) in November of 2019. She later purchased Cross Family Dentistry (Benton, PA) in January of 2022. Once here, she realized that the country life is where her heart is.
Dr. Santos aims to take the “fear” out of dentistry. She is compassionate about the education of patients needs, making sure there is true informed consent prior to any work.
She is a firm believer in benefits of early diagnosis, preventive care, and conservative treatment. Dr. Santos is committed to serving the dental needs of patients in her community.
Kevin von Werkheiser, DDS “Dr. von”
Dr. von is constantly honing his skills to be a master of his craft. After graduating from NYU College of Dentistry, he has and continues to take Continuing Education courses in order to always be at the cutting edge of dental advancements.
He is a forward-thinking dentist with a growth mindset of excellence in every aspect of dentistry. Dr. von is also a CDOC mentor, helping lend his expertise to others in the dental field.
His attention to detail extends beyond the dental office to his love for home renovations, and furniture building.
It is thanks to Dr. von’s handiwork, that we have the wood accent walls in the office today.
Understanding the need for dentists in this area, in 2022 he sold his practice, Dr. von Dental in Massapequa NY, to help build Santos & von Family Dentistry.
